With this purchase you are covering the cost of your ENTIRE TRIBE. They can reimburse you for their individual seats as you see fitting. With this purchase you will also be placed on our FRIDAY NIGHT VIP GUEST LIST, please keep an eye out for a separate INVITATION email to follow with the details.
Upon arrival for SATURDAY we will have an envelope with your TRIBE CAPTAIN name on it.
Included in that envelope you will find:
(7) BLANK NAME BADGES for (6) Hunters & (1) Bird Dog Guide - If you choose to hire one. We ARE NOT providing bird dog guides this year for you, but we do have a list of great guide recommendations, simply contact us for support at firstname.lastname@example.org
You will be able to write in the individual names of your Tribe Members on the day of. Due to so many last minute tribe name changes we've encountered; this is the best way for us to stay most efficient.
(8) BALLROOM ACCESS BRACELETS - PLEASE DO NOT LOSE THESE or you will have to pay for a replacement ($50.00 each). This ONLY MATTERS for the evening portion of the event beginning at 5:00pm. YOU MUST BE WEARING THE BRACELET IN ORDER TO ACCESS THE BALLROOM.
(8) Liability Waivers - These must be filled out individually by each TRIBE MEMBER, signed, and ALL returned to the Registration Counter please.
(2) Pens will be included for you as well to fill out all necessary information.
